Calcium
Alfalfa, blue cohosh, chamomile, chicory, cleavers, coltsfoot, comfrey, dandelion, horsetail, meadowsweet, mistletoe, mustard, plantain, shepherd’s purse, silverweed, sorrel toadflax, watercress and willow.

This mineral builds and maintains bones, teeth, nails, lung and bowel walls, gives vitality, promoting the healing of wounds, reduces acidity, prevents faulty food assimilation, and safeguards health of embryo.

Chlorine
All herbs contain chlorine in the form of sodium chloride; all the grasses, Alfalfa, nettles and comfrey are especially rich, also blackberries and raspberries.

Wood ash or otherwise known as charcoal from burnt wood is a well known cleanser for both animal and human alike. Charcoal is very absorbent and will take into itself many impurities, it is also laxative, so will pass impurities from the body. Worms and worm larvae are also removed to some extent by charcoal.
